A Positive Impact

Committed to Social &
Corporate Responsibility

At the heart of our organization is a widespread commitment to responsible drinking. We partner with our customers, suppliers, industry organizations and members of local legislatures to combat drunk driving and underage drinking. Our efforts help ensure that our products are used wisely and responsibly.

It’s not just good business—it’s the right thing to do.

Responsibility

All of our sales associates and agency partners are TIPS certified, solidifying our commitment to responsible drinking and selling. TIPS has been a global leader in alcohol safety training for more than 35 years. Program participants receive training by a certified TIPS instructor on recognizing the signs of intoxication and strategies for intervening effectively to prevent alcohol related problems. For more information go to tipscertified.com.

Sustainability

As a company based in New York State, we are committed to doing our part for the communities around us. Our employees are always looking for new ways to make this a part of our everyday operations, from installing energy-efficient technologies in warehouses, to recycling and going paperless to foster sustainable business practices.

Giving Back

Empire Merchants takes pride in being an active community member, contributing products and monetary donations to many of our region’s non-profit organizations. Our employees and partners are also dedicated to improving the social well-being of the communities we serve through volunteer efforts and donations. Here are just a few of the organizations that we are proud to support:
