All of our employees and agency partners are TIPS certified, solidifying our commitment to responsible drinking and selling. TIPS has been a global leader in alcohol safety training for more than 35 years. Program participants receive training by a certified TIPS instructor on recognizing the signs of intoxication and strategies for intervening effectively to prevent alcohol related problems. Albany Chef’s Food and Wine Festival

Albany Chef’s Food and Wine Festival is an annual 3-day Food & Wine themed festival that supports the not-for-profit arts community in Albany, NY. This festival markets restaurants, chefs, and their original dishes; educates customers on healthy, feasible agriculture; and donates all net income directly to admirable non-profit arts organizations.

The Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation

The Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation is a 501 © (3) tax exempt New York not-for-profit organization operated solely for charitable purpose for John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital. The Foundation was created to support the specialized pediatric and women’s health services.

Make-A-Wish Northeast NY

Make-A-Wish is dedicated to granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. The Northeast Chapter of New York grants over 100 wishes a year.

Northern Dutchess Hospital

Northern Dutchess Hospital is non-profit hospital, that provides a range of emergency, medical and surgical services for over 140,000 people across the Mid-Hudson Valley.

Out Alliance

The Out Alliance is a Champion for LGBTQ Life and Culture. Their mission is to envision a future where all members of the Rochester LGBTQ communities can celebrate their lives in which they are safe, and fully respected.

The Pride Center of the Capital Region

The Pride Center of the Capital Region is the oldest Pride Center in the country, and their mission is to promote the well-being of all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer-identified people and those whose lives are affected by discrimination based on gender identity.

Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY

The Food Bank provides over 35 million pounds of food a year to 1,000 agencies, ranging from Plattsburgh to Newburgh, in multiple communities. The food bank collects large donations of food from the food industry and distributes it to worthy organizations serving hungry and disadvantaged people.

Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House works hard to keep families together and near the care they need. Their mission is to improve the health and well-being of children and their families by supporting, creating, and finding programs that help a sick child fight their illness.

The health and safety of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority every day, but especially during the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We are fortunate thus far to have been able to operate in this environment and continue to support our customers by taking orders and making deliveries.
We have taken some key steps to support the health and welfare of our customers and employees. These are just a few of them:
• We have enhanced our cleaning procedures in our offices and warehouses per the CDC guidelines.
• All delivery drivers and warehouse workers have been instructed to use gloves, masks and hand sanitizer.
• Our facilities managers are installing HEPA filters throughout our buildings to help reduce the presence of COVID-19 in the air.
• Daily screening, which includes a temperature check and a health screening assessment is a requirement for all associates and visitors
• Social distancing must be maintained between individuals at all times
• Face masks or an acceptable face covering must be worn in common areas including lobbies and when traveling around the office.
Due to the circumstances related to COVID-19, you may experience longer than expected wait times when reaching out to our Customer Service and COD departments. Additionally, there may be a possible delay in your deliveries. We are working diligently to handle your orders and customer service needs as quickly as possible.
